One workflow (T1)

Delivered in 1 week

You do one task by hand every day and want it wired up.

  • 1-page spec: goal, inputs and outputs, success numbers
  • One automated workflow, up to 3 integrations (Claude API, n8n or Python)
  • Tests on real samples, then a written runbook you can use without me

First deliverable: A working demo of the core flow, shared within the first 7 days.

MVP, single flow (T2)

Delivered in 2 weeks

You are validating an idea or need an internal tool before a big build.

  • Spec with acceptance criteria (Given / When / Then) that you approve
  • One core flow with a database and one AI feature, deployed
  • Tests, repository hand-over and a deployment guide

First deliverable: A clickable demo of the core flow on day 3 or 4.

How it works, all in writing

  1. 1

    You email

Which package and what you need. Three lines are enough.

  2. 2

I reply in one business day

A written spec draft and a fixed price. You approve, or you walk away at no cost.

  3. 3

You see a first deliverable within 7 days

Then the rest, with tests and a written hand-off.

I carry the risk

7 to 14 days

Free bug fixes after hand-off: 7 days on One workflow, 14 days on the MVP.

5% off

If I miss the agreed date, the fee drops 5% for each business day late, up to 20%.

Quote first

Anything outside the written scope gets a written quote. No work and no charge until you approve it.

The fine print

Late fees apply only when the delay is on my side. If you are late with access, samples or approvals, the date moves with you.

The Written audit includes written follow-up questions for 7 days after delivery. It does not include fixes; those are quoted separately in writing.

Free fixes cover defects in what was delivered against the approved spec. New features are quoted separately.

Questions

Why no calls?

Everything we agree on is written down, so you get a record, I get no misunderstandings, and neither of us has to fit a time zone gap (I am in Korea, UTC+9). If a call would truly help, I will say so in writing first. I reply to every email within one business day (09:00 to 23:00 KST).

What if my request does not fit a package?

Send it anyway. If it is outside all three scopes, I reply with a written quote before any work starts, and nothing is billed until you approve it in writing.

What should I put in my first email?

Which package, what you want automated or built, the tools you use today, and your deadline. Three lines are enough. I answer with a written spec draft and a fixed price.

Do you discount?

No. The price stays fixed and I cut scope instead. That keeps the quality of what I ship the same for everyone.

How does payment work?

Payment terms are written into the quote before work starts. You pay nothing before you have approved the scope in writing.

Ready? Send three lines.
