What I look for
Duplicate replies
The same WhatsApp message delivered twice becomes two answers or two database rows. I check whether your flow is safe to run twice.
Lost messages
No retry, no error branch, no alert: a failed step silently drops the customer's message. I check what happens on every failure path.
Slow or timed-out webhooks
A webhook that waits for the model to answer can time out and trigger redelivery. I check where you reply and where you work.
Unchecked model output
Whatever the model returns goes straight to the customer. I check what is validated first.
Open doors and loose keys
Unauthenticated webhooks and keys pasted into nodes. I check both.
What you get for $200
- A one-page written audit: what is broken, why, and a fix list with hours.
- An audit of one n8n workflow, from the export file.
- A fixed-price quote for the fixes, in writing. Optional, and you can walk away.
- Written follow-up questions for 7 days after delivery.
Not included: the fixes themselves, new features, calls or video meetings, hosting or monitoring.
How it works, all in writing
- 1
You email
What the agent does, what goes wrong, and your workflow export with keys and tokens removed.
- 2
I confirm in writing
Within one business day: whether it fits this audit, and the date. You pay nothing before you agree to the written scope.
- 3
You get the audit in 48 hours
A one-page written audit by email once I have the export.
Proof you can check
A complete public sample of this kind of audit, with tests and before and after numbers. The audited workflow is fictional and was written for the sample. It is a lead-intake flow, not a WhatsApp agent.
Questions
Why no calls?
Everything is written down, so you keep a record and we avoid a time-zone gap (I am in Korea, UTC+9). I reply to every email within one business day.
Have you built WhatsApp agents before?
The public sample above audits a different workflow: a webhook that calls a language model and writes a row to a sheet. It is the same class of flow (a message comes in, a model step, a side effect), but it is not a WhatsApp project, and I do not claim past WhatsApp customers.
Do you need access to my WhatsApp account or n8n?
No. I work from the workflow export file only. Remove API keys, tokens and customer data before you send it. I never ask for logins.
What happens after the audit?
Fixing is not part of the audit. If you want me to do the fixes, I send a fixed-price quote in writing. Nothing starts and nothing is billed until you approve it.
What if you miss the 48 hours?
If the delay is mine, the fee drops 5% for each business day late, up to 20%. If you are late sending the export, the date moves with you.
Send the export, get the audit.
Async, written communication only (email). One business day to confirm.
